Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for market development and promotion of the company's authorized electronic component brands (Panasonic, Infineon, Murata, Broadcom, GD, CXMT, Murata, ROHM, etc.)
2. Responsible for maintaining customer relationships and developing new clients to achieve individual and team sales targets
3. Handle commercial communications with customers, including order fulfillment, payment collection, inventory planning, and other sales activities
4. Deeply explore potential needs of key accounts, coordinate internal and external industrial resources to provide satisfactory solutions
5. Understand customer, market and product line dynamics, grasp industry trends, conduct sales forecasting and market exploration
6. Other tasks assigned by the company
5. Work locations: Shenzhen, Shanghai, Beijing, Wuhan and other company branches or offices
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with over 5 years of sales experience including at least 3 years in sales team management; candidates with experience in competing brands will be given priority
2. Familiar with products from well-known brands such as Panasonic, Infineon, Murata, Broadcom, and GD
3. Knowledgeable about market trends across electronic component product lines; capable of accurately grasping market trends and conducting sales forecasting/market exploration
4. Strong communication skills with English reading/writing proficiency; CET-6 preferred

PM (Project Manager)

Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for promoting the company's agent product lines and able to adapt to short-term business trips.
2. Integrate and coordinate Sales/FAE resources to achieve the company's sales and profit targets.
3. Reasonably arrange stock preparation and inventory management according to customer needs.
4. Responsible for communicating with the original manufacturer, including understanding the original manufacturer's product plans, prices and related promotion strategies, and timely conveying them to the company and customers.
5. Understand industry trends, have a clear understanding of the entire market, timely feedback the latest market conditions and formulate corresponding strategies with the original manufacturer.
6. Work location: Shenzhen, Shanghai, Beijing, Wuhan and other company branches or offices.
Job Requirements
1. 3-5 years of experience in PM, Sales or FAE roles
2. Bachelor's degree or higher
3. Familiar with MCUs, WiFi/BT modules, power modules, resistors/capacitors and their market promotion; relevant experience preferred
4. Knowledgeable in networking, automotive electronics, industrial, IoT markets with certain market foresight
5. Strong communication skills and basic English proficiency (reading/writing/listening/speaking)
6. Diligent, proactive, honest and optimistic personality
